The hiking trail from the Sonnenhotel to St. Ulrich requires sturdy footwear 🥾

no go=>👠, it is initially steep and rocky downhill and then the alpine pasture, spectacular rock massif and wonderful panorama are a sight to behold and a place to linger.

This path is not recommended for biking, really only for absolute MTB pros. My tour around Compatsch yesterday is more suitable for biking, in general, the Seiser Alm is a great area for outdoor activities in winter and summer.

Fantastic, although it is a popular tourist area, one sometimes comes back in time, rustic paths huge rocks and well-kept landscape ...

Vandring

I found the path quite difficult as it was very steep, and in places very narrow and slippery. In places it goes down quite deep, so you should not be afraid of heights. I would not recommend this path downhill in wet weather (we had rain and some fresh snow the previous days) or only to experienced hikers. I would not have managed the descent.
