The Dehningshof is in the middle of the forest. In the large courtyard complex, an inn, hotel rooms and holiday apartments are housed in the various lovingly renovated buildings. A special highlight is the overnight stay in the hay hotel: In the old sheepfold you can sleep in your own sleeping bag directly on the hay.

The Dehningshof's restaurant is open from February to December, with winter holidays usually taking place in January. You can find the exact opening times at fuhrmanns-schaenke.de/restaurant/oeffnungszeiten

After the change of ownership, the rooms have become significantly more expensive (from € 75). The breakfast buffet is very good. The rustic old sheepfold ("Heuhotel") costs 25 € including breakfast and shower, but is only open between May and October (all as of October 2021).
