Banyuls is a real postcard town with its bay, its beach and the mountains in the background. Whether you like to bask in the sun or hike (on the coastal path or on the heights, for example up to the Tour Madeloc or the Tour Querroig), you will not be bored there.

After 55 days of hiking from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean and 10 additional day tours and 10 rest days, the menu du “Chefin” in Les 9 caves was the culinary highlight on September 15th, 2018. You can treat yourself after about 900 km and over 50 kilometers of altitude. The last day of hiking was a special challenge from 08:15 in Le Perthus to arrival in Banyuls at 17:15 on the beach with a one-hour break at Puig de Sallfort.
