In the records of the geometer Michael Buyx (1795 - 1882) there is talk of the Cobbers-Heiligenhäuschen, which "lies on the mountain at the foot of which the Cobbershof once stood". Originally, only the chapel house built from field fires stood on the mountain slope. The porch with bell tower and cross dates from the 19th century. The Tönisberg master painter Lorenz Hermes placed a self-modeled half-relief of St. Anthony Abbas, patron and namesake of the place, on the brick altar table. From then on, the Cobbers-Heiligenhäuschen was only called Antonius-Kapelle.

Niederberg 4 mine
(Monument since 2015)

The entire shaft system was built in the immediate vicinity of the historic post mill on the Mühlenberg in 1960/62. It is the westernmost coal mine of the Ruhr mining. Operation ceased in 2001 and the shaft was filled.
In February 2015, the scaffolding, shaft hall and mining machine house were entered in the list of monuments of the city of Kempen, as they are significant for the history of people and the development of working and production conditions.
The owner is Ruhrkohle AG.
