On the form home of the Swiss Centre, Swiss Court was named on 15 April 1991 to mark 700th anniversary of the Swiss Confederation. The two monuments commemorate the friendship between Switzerland and the UK.
The first monument is a Cantonal Tree, which displays the coats of arms of 26 cantons of Switzerland.
The second monument is a glockenspiel featuring 27 bells and 11 moving figures, which was originally attached to the front of the Swiss Centre.
