Vandring
In 1957, the municipality of Vordorf received a new water pipe. Overflow water from the main collector was fed into a wooden well trough, which was given the name "Christian Lang Fountain". The fountain was named after the long-time forester in the state forest and mayor of the then independent municipality of Vordorf from 1954 to 1972.
When the wooden well trough had become rotten, members of the Fichtelgebirge Association and employees of the state forest set up the new fountains in 2014/2015.
