Cykling

On the other side of the San Rocco Bridge, on the steep mountain slope, is the little church of Madonna di Monte. It can be reached on a narrow road by car or on foot (1 hour).
Next to the church is a chapel (1512) with frescoes, including a breastfeeding mother of God and a crucifixion with Saints Anthony and Bernhard.

Cykling

The beautiful church can also be reached by bicycle, racing bike or gravel bike. The gradient is usually in the double digits, so you need a bit of strength in your legs. Just before the church it gets really steep again. But the effort is worth it, because there are hardly any cars on the narrow road and the view is beautiful.
