The town fountain, also known as the market fountain, is located on the market square next to the Protestant town church. The ball, made of greenish granite and consisting of eight horizontally stacked discs, is the work of the Pleidelsheim artist Jörg Failmezger. (Source: badrappenau-tourismus.de)
