Very nicely designed market place of Marktleuthen, there are several listed buildings like the town hall from 1822, this was a multi-purpose building as a school and town hall until 1915. Furthermore there is the "Evangelical Lutheran Parish Church" St. Nikolaus (built after the city fire of 1641) and two listed fountains. A memorial stone for the 700th anniversary was also installed in front of the town hall, granite stele with the inscriptions 1314 and 2014.

Vandring

På markedspladsen ligger flere fredede bygninger, herunder rådhuset fra 1822. Her ligger også den evangeliske sognekirke St. Nikolaus. Det er en arkitektonisk enkel bygning, der blev opført efter bybranden i 1641. Desuden er der to fredede springvand at finde her.

Marktleuthen -
framed by the Großer Kornberg in the north and the Epprechtstein in the west. The Eger, which has its source on the Schneeberg, flows picturesquely through the town. With around 3000 inhabitants, Marktleuthen is one of the medium-sized towns in the district of Wunsiedel i. Fichtelgebirge and offers a wide range of offers for everyone, whether young or old, whether resident or holidaymaker, in terms of family friendliness, club life and culture.
