- but hiking "educates" 😉 - Friederich-Wertz was 6 years - from 1924 to 1930 district chairman of the Swabian Alb Association

History: The path is named after one of the district chairmen of the Gau Stuttgart of the Swabian Alb Association.
Friedrich Wertz was chairman of the Gau Stuttgart from 1924 to 1930.
