This small, open shelter on the idyllic Weinbachspring is almost completely dug into the slope, and the lower part consists of masonry rubble. In the hut there is a table, benches and a white cloth sky.

At the Weinbachspring there is a shady place to relax with a bench, and the Weinbach can be crossed over a small stone bridge.

From there it goes down to the Deidesheimer Hütte, up to the Weißen Stich and Eckkopturm

Vandring

The Weinbachspring is the spring of the Weinbach in the Martental, which is also listed as a natural monument. Just 400 m below this spring there is another one, the Grimmeisenbrunnen, which is also very photogenic! The Weinbach is about 7.9 km long and flows into the Marlach near Meckenheim.

I don't yet know exactly how this works with the Geißbock and Eselsweg, but they seem to overlap in part. In any case, it is more fun to walk on paths right next to the flowing water than on forest highways.
