If you go along the forest path and come to the Junker Schilling Square you will initially see only the rocks. If you go around the rocks, you can see the picture of Junker Schilling ;-)

Junker Schilling: Great rest area near Ettringen, which should remind of a forest donation to the Kottenheim population. A good place for a picnic with children.

The squire Konrad Schilling von Lahnstein is said to have donated a large section of forest to the village of Kottenheim in 1535.
For the 400th anniversary of the donation in 1935 by the sculptor Erich Moog a representation of the Junkers and saying chiseled in the basalt rock.
