Kleiner and Großer Traithen are two beautiful panoramic mountains that can be climbed from Sudelfeld and surprise with two climbing inserts. If you like, you can extend the tour by crossing the ridge to the Steilnerjoch. All in all, there are fantastic views and a varied tour!

The approach from Vogelsang is initially very idyllic. The steep flank of the Kleiner Traithen is a little strenuous, but the handful of climbing sections of the easiest grade are the icing on the cake.
