At the end of the peninsula proudly sits the lighthouse. It is a harbour light, used to guide seafarers into Killybegs Harbour. The lighthouse keepers' cottages have now been converted into holiday accommodation so you can also stay here to spend extra time to appreciate the solitude and views over to Sligo and Mayo.
