The Siebenbogenbrücke is a railway bridge in the Wiesengrund of the Rednitz. It is the overpass for the Nuremberg – Bamberg, Nuremberg – Würzburg and the Rangaubahn over the Rednitztal in Fürth. Because of the busy railway lines and the unobstructed view, the bridge is an attraction for railway fans who are waiting for interesting trains with their cameras on the side Fronmüllersteg. The seven-arch bridge - named after the seven arches on which the bridge spans the Rednitzgrund in Fürth - dates from 1863. The bridge contains five train tracks and a pedestrian / bike path. From and to Fürth, the platforms from Würzburg, Bamberg and Cadolzburg cross here.
As part of the expansion of the S-Bahn to Forchheim, another bridge was built in 2010 on the north side of the Siebenbogenbrücke, also with seven arches and two tracks in a modern concrete construction.
