Great destination! The animals here are so friendly that a deer even ate out of my hand. Many animals run around freely, just looking for people's attention - or their food. So take a pack of dry bread with you and look at fallow deer up close. A special highlight of our visit was the bird show. My insider tip: The animals are most friendly on weekday mornings!

Because they have been kept for years, deer are extremely tame and happily and openly greet human visitors at the park's outer fence, probably mainly in anticipation of something edible.
