    Odenwald Limes watchtower WP10/25 On the red hump
    It is about 1km north of the Würzberg fort. The Roman auxiliary soldiers had a particularly good view along the Limes from their tower, the elevated position speaks for it. The site was excavated and restored in 1975. Fragments of fragments show which vessels were used at such a sentry post, and remains of bones found indicate what was eaten: goat, sheep, beef
