Unfortunately, you first have to follow the road from Sfakion to the actual entrance, then a rather rugged path to the beach follows. If you have surefootedness and conditions can dare, I've also seen people with flip-flops 🤦 from the beach it is then also possible to take the ferry back. If you like and still have strength, just continue to Lutro and from there back by ferry, you can also pay for the tickets directly on the ferry.
