Vandring
The town of Ligonde lies on the edge of the Way of St. James and has been part of the Caminos since the 10th century. Until 1753 there was also a pilgrim hospice.
In addition to the Pilgrim Cemetery, there is a crucifix dated to 1670. This is one of the most famous "Cruceiros" on Camino.

Ligonde is a small parish (just over 50 inhabitants) belonging to the municipality of Monterroso, in the province of Lugo, crossed by the Camino Frances de Santiago, located at the foot of the mountain range of the same name.
This town was once an important Jacobean station that had a rural church consecrated to the Apostle, a hospital of the Order of Santiago and a pilgrims' cemetery, of which some traces are preserved.
