In order to live up to its reputation as a near-natural hiking trail, the NLST's route in the Deilbachtal has until recently struck up some only partially funny capers.
So it doesn't surprise me that the signs have been changed, the path loop that used to lead high into the slope has been removed from the course, the NLST (reluctantly?) Follows the asphalted Deilbachweg.

Vandring
The NSG Deilbachtal extends between Wuppertal - Üllendahl / W - Dönberg and Velbert Langenberg in a south - north direction and is a wonderful hiking area that borders Elfringhauser Schweiz to the west.
Even with the bike you are spoiled for choice, whether you want to follow the stream directly or explore the heights.
Due to various farms and mills, there is no continuous bank path, but there are always bridges that cross the Deilbach.
