The shape of the building is reminiscent of a catamaran, thus picking up and underlining the maritime atmosphere of the area. Viewed from above, the buildings look like an “H” = H² office.
The two buildings were designed by the architects Bothe Richter Teherani and are already an architectural highlight of the harbor skyline.
