The main river is the noticeably longer White Wehebach, which rises on the southern edge of the Todtenbruch forest near Hürtgenwald-Raffelsbrand, flows north through the Hürtgenwald and absorbs numerous smaller tributaries. Shortly before the confluence with the Wehebach dam, the four-kilometer-long Hürtgenbach flows in from the right

The Wehe has a length of approx. 25 kilometers and is dammed up in the Wehebachtalsperre and leaves it again and flows into the Inde in Lamersdorf near Inden.

Only the White Wehebach rises here. The source of the Roten Wehebach is to the east of the Jägerfahrt forester's house near Zweifall. Together with other tributaries, they form the Wehebach, which is then dammed up in the Wehebachtalsperre and later flows into the Inde at Lamersdorf. Source: Wikipedia
