Vandring
Thanks to its location and facilities, it was considered the best Bosnian medieval fortress town. The city was established by the prohibition of Stjepan II Kotromanić in the half of the 14th century and later served as the headquarters of most of the rulers, especially from the reign of Stjepan II, the Bosnian kings, to the end of Bosnia's independence, as the Turks conquered it in 1463.

Vandring
If you decide to hike to Bobovac go from Kraljeva Sutjeska. I would suggest if you want to avoid walking on the gravel road to go with a car to the end of road leave your car there (it's wide area, like a "parking lot"). To come on the gravel road just take turn right (there is a sign Bobovac) immidiately before you enter in Kraljeva Sutjeska. Then before small bridge turn left, from here starts fairly good gravel road.
