Carn an Righ is a 1,029m Munro mountain in the Scottish Highlands. I climbed it from Spittal of Glenshee (in a circuit with Glas Tulaichean and Beinn Iutharn Mhor). On a clear day these mountains, in the south of the Cairngorms National Park, offer wonderful views to the Cairngorms giants in the north

The rocky hill of the king, Carn an Righ is a fairly remote Munro, but rewards you with some great views over the Cairngorms to the north and the west. Combined with Glas Tulaichean to make the most of Munro bagging in the area, makes for a good day out hiking.
