On the outskirts of Senftenberg, the Rehberg Castle ruins have watched over the region since the 12th century. First documented in 1141, the castle was built for the Lords of Lengenbach. In the following centuries, it passed into the possession of the Lords of Thonradl, Count Kuefstein, Rehberg, and other noblemen. Since 1966, it has been owned by the Association for the Promotion of the Renewal of Krems.

The outer bailey and the church area are freely accessible.
