Vandring
The recreational area Mainaue is a popular destination for young and old. In summer, a beautiful lake with a beach meadow, in winter beat the hearts of ice sports fans higher. Suitable for walkers and cyclists at any time of the day.
The lake also offers surfing and a designated area for fishing.
Toilets and a snack bar as well as a cafe are available directly at the lake. Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers.
The lake area is 26 ha. The bathing area covers 3.5 ha.

On the way to the Main confluence is the refreshing Baggersee, which invites you to relax with its wide meadow sections. For small children there is also a playground. The lakeside kiosk offers plenty of food and refreshing drinks.

The bathing lake with its well-tended sunbathing lawn, the very good water quality and the extensive infrastructure of kiosk, toilets, beach volleyball and playground invites you to linger. It is located directly on the Main Cycle Path and is therefore an ideal break for cyclists.
