Vandring

Ecomuseum and recreational area Lagar de Torrijos, an easily accessible area with tables and barbecue area, with a path that runs parallel to a stream (sometimes dry). Very easy to access, ideal to go with children or people with low physical fitness since it only has a staircase at the beginning and then small climbs, the route is short (a few hours or so) and very beautiful, full of trees, flowers, birds ... Ideal to go at any time of the year, but in spring it is really beautiful.

Vandring

I think he's referring to walking alone along the Torrijos Trail. Starting from the wine press, you reach the end of the trail and turn around.
This trail is perfectly suitable for children and people who are not in very good physical shape, as there are no steep slopes and you can stop and rest in the areas with benches.
