Vandring

The fountain was cast in 2010 by the Lower Bavarian sculptor Joseph Michael Neustifter in light bronze (just under a ton). It is related to the basilica and the monastery complex and shows scenes from the life of the Niederaltaich monks, hermits, peace mediators and missionaries St. Gunther as well as rich Christian symbolism.
