Borders on the Dianasee and the Herthasee.
One of the four artificially created lakes. At the Hasensprung and the Koenigsalleebrücke, green areas open up to the Koenigssee and Herthasee, which, like the Dianasee and Hubertussee, are artificial in origin - unlike the Halensee in the north and the Hundekehlesee in the south of the villa colony.
The building site was very swampy. To remedy this, four artificial lakes were dug out and the area around them was filled up. This created particularly attractive lake properties for a wealthy clientele.
