Vandring
A little bit east of Pfalzen stands in the midst of beautiful meadows the St. Valentins Kirchlein. A truly paradisiacal image, especially in early summer, when countless wildflowers bloom all around.
St. Valentine's Church was consecrated in 1434, a time in which the church served mainly as a place of pilgrimage during supplications and thanksgiving. However, the long house walls are the only thing left over from that time. Vault, choir, pinnacle, all this was added in the course of the 16th century.
