Vandring
The northern half of the "Spitaltor Bridge" could be restored over a length of approx. 25 meters and three bridge arches, the old pavement and the approach of the parapet wall can be viewed, but are integrated in the new building. The rest of the bridge fell victim to a canal construction around 1870.
There is an old, horrible legend about the so-called "maiden kiss". In the late Middle Ages, an iron maiden is said to have stood in this tower.
