If you want to do a longer tour from Klausen, then this hike to Latzfons is just right for you. For 15 kilometers it leads past the Säben monastery and further uphill to the small town of Verdings. You can enjoy an excellent panorama of the Dolomites and you can also stop off in several places.

What would a holiday in the Eisack Valley be without a hike on the Eisack itself? This hike takes you along the course of the river for a long stretch and is therefore completely flat along the bank. Then you turn right and get to higher ground. A short detour to the Schrambacher waterfalls is worthwhile

Your hike begins at the Garner Wetterkreuz, a popular parking lot for setting out on various hikes in the surrounding mountains. Your path always leads you uphill to the Brugger Schupfe. With every meter up, your view gets a little bit better.
