      Hello,

we are the Karl Marx Ballerinas.

We have existed as a group in Chemnitz since 2019. We started with the aim of connecting all women racing cyclists in Chemnitz. We are not a rigid group that unwinds kilometers at top performance, but everyone is welcome here. The meeting point is every Wednesday

    1. We meet (usually) every Saturday at 10 a.m. for the Social Ride in front of the Rottstraße e.V. wind edge. The routes are designed for racing bikes, but you are also very welcome with a gravel bike.

The only thing you need to bring is a helmet; that is mandatory. We ride at a relaxed pace, the last person

    1. The last day. Our decision for the shorter route is made quickly. We don't want to miss the final BBQ at 3 p.m. with the chance to see the whole scattered group again and swap all the stories.

In Weilmünster, at the Sunday breakfast at the baker's, everyone who has spent the night somewhere in the area

    1. Strengthened by the hotel breakfast, we tackle our additional meters in altitude, turning back onto the track after 2 kilometers.

On this third day something like a routine sets in. It goes up and down, it's dusty, we rattle over stones and rubble, shoulder our bikes on fallen trees. Again and again these

    1. The second day started with a shortcut for us to have a chance to meet others from the group again. It worked. Unfortunately, driving together didn't go so well and we quickly lost each other again. Despite all our efforts, we were not able to bring the break time to cycling time ratio to 50:50. We ended

    1. Before coffee we have to go over the mountain. But at least it's still cool in the morning. A large group meets in Kemel, the supermarket bakery is quickly converted into a breakfast restaurant, and what's the deal with the bloody knife hanging from the ceiling?

The second day has a lot of Hessian Tuscany

    1. We were warned: the first 30 kilometers with three hard climbs are not typical for the 330 kilometers of the Taunus Teaser, short version of the Taunus bikepacking route. Already at the base camp itself, the campsite "The Eppstein Project", we can push the fully loaded bikes skywards to the starting

    1. The first day started with the Eppstein project. Countless loops and loops and ups and downs later, Laura and I decided to stay in a hotel. The targeted campsite is full and no longer accept people. It's a pity, because we were looking forward to the exchange and exciting conversations with the others

    1. 'Lila Randale' newly founded and from Chemnitz. A Flinta bike group that usually meets on Fridays to go cycling. Whether gravel, racing bike, fixed or Mtb, everyone can ride - here only applies to diversity with the bikes, but also with the female-read people who want to ride - the main thing is that
