Date / meeting point: February 22, 2020, 10 a.m. at Reinickendorf Town Hall (Eichborndamm, northern exit of the U8 underground station)------------... after the tour at the southern end of Berlin a few days ago, my next group hike will take place at the opposite end of the city. In March there will be another 'real' nature hike in the group, promised ...The February tour is designed as a generous circular tour through Reinickendorf, with the most beautiful sections of the idyllic Tegel River flowing through the city area and the largely underestimated north ditch. Both parts of the route are connected by the rather pleasant section of the Wall Trail around Lübars, including the 'ascent' of the Lübarser Höhe.This tour also specifically invites people who may just want to hike a piece. There will be a few options to cancel the tour at bus stops and S-Bahn stations on the way.I have no plans for a stop on the way, so please think about backpacking. You hike in any weather (except in really extreme weather), you hike on your own responsibility and bear the risks yourself. The route profile is not particularly demanding, in very damp weather it can get a bit mushy here and there. As always, I will send selected personal invitations to you via komoot and invite you to them in the newsletter of my website, but I will surely overlook or forget some potentially interested people, for which I apologize now. Of course, all users who are not personally invited are also welcome and I look forward to the tour with you. For questions please email me at mail@wandern-berlin-brandenburg.de or write here in the comments. If you do not want to miss my invitations in the future, please register for my newsletter, in which I will also add a few more information about hiking at: wandern-berlin-brandenburg.de/newsletter

The food costs 6 euros per person, drinks each 1 euro.Optionally I offer, with interested parties from the northeastern corner of the route for another 10 kilometers on the 66 lakes trail to Wünsdorf attach. If you are interested, it would be important that you are binding and as prompt as possible, also by e-mail to mail@wandern-berlin-brandenburg.de
Unfortunately, we do not have much more than 10 additional seats available.
For me personally it is - besides walking with you on this beautiful track - again an experiment to see how and if the mix of club hiking and online hiking community works. In a few days, I will also announce the date and route for my regular komoot group hike in October.

Reachable with RE5 from Berlin, best connection: RE5 at 8:18 clock from Berlin central station (I myself are as far ahead in the train)
Continue in the group by bus from Bhf Zossen to Rehagen at 9:55 am
For passengers arriving by car: you can park at Zossen station and get off there again on the return journey by train (1 stop)
----------------------... after the great success of the group hike from last weekend here now the next tour date, where I will be again together with Manfred Reschke. The track is almost identical to the tour I wandered on last Sunday (Impressions & Documentation: komoot.de/tour/87276870) and I promise you a varied and sometimes very impressive hiking experience through the areas of the former Clay pits and gypsum fractures with slight upland characteristics. In any case, I would have invited Manfred Reschke back to participate, but in that case, it is also an honor for me to accompany him as the creator of the 66-Seen-Weg on a section of the Brandenburg flagship hiking trail he has created.Hikings are done in EVERY weather (except in really extreme weather), you walk on your own responsibility and bear the risks yourself. You should have hiked it already routes of this length, the route is not particularly demanding, but includes a few meters more than most typical Brandenburg routes. There will be a longer break about half way through the tour and 2-3 shorter breaks. As always, I send you selected personal invitations about komoot to you, but will certainly overlook again some potentially interested people or forget what I apologize for now. Of course, all non-personally invited users are equally welcome and I look forward to a joint tour with you.For further questions email me to mail@wandern-berlin-brandenburg.de or write in the comments.

      Start time: 10:00
Meeting point: Berlin Ostbahnhof, southern main exit
      **********
... well then no user vote for the next group tour I led, the experiment we catch up sometime.Instead, I have this time my hiking friend and mentor Manfred Reschke the decision to choose a route from my plans.I'm especially proud to have Manfred, the 'Brandenburg Wanderpapst', successful hiking book author and exquisite Fontanekenner with decades of experience on my side. I could have said a lot about the stations along the way, but definitely not in Manfred's inimitable way.So, look forward to a mix of interesting, green and scenic sections of the Berlin center that I've put together, plus some background information on culture and history along the route. The tour connects as biographical stations the house Bethanien, in which Fontane worked as a pharmacist, with the location of his former home on today's Potsdamer Platz, on to the Fontane statue in the Great Tiergarten and at the end to Fontane's gravesite in the French cemetery. The organizational special feature of this tour: you can always get out of the tour or possibly even later, the route is now known and many intermediate stations are accessible by public transport.Foreign visitors can certainly add a shopping / sightseeing round at the end or something similar ;-)Of course everyone is invited to participate, some selected followers I send by komoot or by e-mail the direct invitation. For further questions please write in the comments or by e-mail to mail@wandern-berlin-brandenburg.de

Appointment / Meeting point: Saarmund RB22 railway stop on 14.12.2019 at 10:16Accessible with the RB22 from Potsdam Hbf (9:47 am) via Golm, coming from Berlin the RE1 can be used to Potsdam (Berlin Hbf from 9:11 o'clock, I am in front of the train) or the S-Bahn line S7.Car travelers should park their car near Potsdam Hbf and take the RB22 to Saarmund.-------------------Well, finally a Potsdam tour in the group. The hike around the Ravensberge and the Teufelssee is certainly not an insider tip, in combination with the Saarmunder Eichberg but probably not so familiar.I've been thinking a long time about the exact route, but this one seems to me the most sensible, since it's important in December's cold to get away quickly and flexibly from the finish line. From the point of view, the route will have some altitude and, hopefully, provide enough variety for the landscape. Here impressions of my tour on this route from autumn 2018: komoot.de/tour/46556771For this tour, I'm just planning a longer break. A stop on the way I have not planned, so please think of your own backpacking food. You will be hiked in all weathers, except in really extreme weather, you walk on your own responsibility and bear the risks yourself. You should have hiked it already routes of this length before, the route is a bit more demanding than usual in the Brandenburg plain and could be at a point in Saarmund a bit wet on the edge of swamp meadows. As always, I send you selected personal invitations about komoot to you and invite in the newsletter of my website, but will certainly overlooked again some potentially interested people or forget what I apologize for now. Of course, all non-personally invited users are equally welcome and I look forward to a joint tour with you.
