The weather was again ideal for walking today, we also like the photos. In the afternoon we only went a little round with the dog, about 5km, not worth mentioning.

ℹ The Korte-Klippe is a lookout point above the north side of the Baldeneysee in the beautiful district of Heisingen and is located a few minutes' walk from Jagdhaus Schellenberg on the southern edge of the Schellenberg Forest on the Ruhr Heights.
.
▶ ️ From this point you can see the largest of the six Ruhr reservoirs from Kupferdreh to the weir and the southern districts of Fischlaken and Heidhausen.
.
⏯ From here it is not far to the Neue Isenburg ruins, which are located below the cliff.

⏭ The Korte cliff was named after the Essen horticultural director Rudolf Korte (1878 - 1950)
