An advance intensity ride, with off roads and unfortunately some road to get to other paths with hills. Mainly Off road via woods and trails and paths. Training session: Hemel Hempstead, Bovingdon, Box Moor, Berkhamsted, Ashley Green, Tring (a loop around the off roads and parks), full uphill offroad up to Ivinghou Beacon(cycling the hardest paths uphill), back to ashridge gravel path and back to Berkhamsted
