      Start: Marbach Bf
      Destination: Affalterbach Libra
      Distance: 18 kilometers
      Height: 330 meters
      Nickname: Ludwigsburg vineyards
      Directions:
Today, after a long time, I felt like going on a stage tour again. So for me by train to Marbach. You can park your car for free at the train station during the weekend. We start at the train station in the direction of the city center. As you all know, the poet Friedrich Schiller was born here. You pass the birthplace. to the beautiful city center of Marbach. The city center is on a hill above the Neckar. The Neckar itself is reached after 1.3 kilometers. It is the only river that is crossed twice on the web. We hike over the suspension bridge and walk on a cycle path along the Neckar towards Hoheneck. After a good four kilometers we see Neckarweihingen on the other side, the first vineyards come on our side. We walk on asphalt at the top of the vineyards until we pass the oil mill. After seven kilometers we reach Hoheneck, a district of Ludwigsburg. I took a break on the dam near Hoheneck. The cool wind was fantastic. Shortly afterwards we cross the Neckar and come to Neckarweihingen. Here the sun showed its strength for the first time. I hardly got up the stairs. Everything was fine again on the Grüss-Gott-Weg. Wonderful views up to the Stuttgart mountains were already a compensation. Shortly before Poppenweiler we see the Lemberg. In Poppenweiler we have already reached 12 kilometers. In the center of the village we part from the Neckarweg that has accompanied us since Marbach. We came out of the village via Affalterbacher Strasse and now we were completely exposed to the sun. I took advantage of every shadow. In the distance I could already see the basket head on the next stage. There is a playground in front of the ascent on the Lemberg. Now it goes up, but luckily in the shade. I was so broken when I was upstairs. But the prospects. were great. From Lemberg we go through the forest for a short time and we are in Affalterbach. Bus 456 brings us back to Marbach. I ended the day in LB.
Highlights: Marbach, Alt Hoheneck, prospects, Lemberg
Conclusion: Really nice, AABER makes you happy and doesn’t wamndol long in the sun in this weather

      Start: Rothenburg train station

      Directions:
Yes, I know Rothenburg is beautiful, very attractive in fact. The city is due to its past and very large catchment area. Relatively large area we are talking about a 11,000 inhabitant city. We start at the train station. I recommend going by car because otherwise you would have to drive via WÜ. We start north. But we'll stay outside the city center for now. We walk along the city wall. Then we turn on the walnuts. This takes us out of the city. We leave this at kilometer 2. Then it goes down a steep mountain. The path is paved but beautiful. After 500 meters we meet on the Panoramaweg and turn onto the Mittelhangweg. The name says it all. The path gives us beautiful panoramas into the Taubertal and the villages and mills. Up to 10 paths meet here and run up and down in a wavy way to Steinbach. A small part of town, from RED. In Steinbach there is the possibility to go into the valley of the same name, which should also be beautiful. At about kilometer 7, which is in Bettwar, we part from the panorama path. Our way leads us to the center of the village down to the Tauber Which I crossed for the first time in this project. Now there is a steep ascent to Selteneck. Up to 20% steep it goes from the Taubertal into the small town. Even behind the village, run gently upwards. Unfortunately the road is open to traffic. Shortly before Wolfsbusch we turn left and walk across fields to the highest point of the tour. From kilometer 12, we hike a dirt road over the Hohlbach for 2 kilometers. Here we have a fantastic view of Rothenburg. The descent at night in Dettwang was also nice, past the forest gate and a beautiful path shortly afterwards we are back in the valley. There we cross the Tauber again. After we crossed Dettwang. Go a long way along the young Tauber. The last ascent to RED is not long to wait. Even if you don't like the hustle and bustle, I recommend the charming city center, it's not for nothing that Komoot has 50+ highlights. After a walk through the city center, it's back to the train station.
Highlights: Rothenburg, Tauber panoramas, nice foresight
Conclusion: A wonderful May hike with the perfect mix of city and nature what more could you want.

Spotan vacation day plus perfect weather is a wonderful hike. Circular route three is perhaps the most beautiful of the five circular routes. It starts at the parking lot east of Welzheim, the highest city in the Swabian Forest. First we wander into the city. First on the Rudersberger Strasse and then on the Amselweg we meet the Waldbahn, which we will see again later. We walk through the city center to the east fort. Here we leave Welzheim. We come to the Lein, this is crossed. Now we walk two kilometers across the fields and meadows. At kilometer 5 we turn right into the forest. But before that we make the detour to the Meuschenmühle, the first mill today. Staying on top of that, we walk in the direction of Rienhartz. The village is a district of Alfdorf. The road Im Wasen brings us back into the forest. After a good 8 kilometers we meet the Hagmühle. After a short ascent, we pass the Welzheim golf course. So be careful here. The hamlet of Birkenhof is in the middle. Behind the golf course we meet on the Ropbachsee, shortly afterwards on the train station of Breitenfürst. But the forest railway only runs on weekends when the museum is in operation. Slowly we come to the Edenbach and thus to the beautiful Edenbach Gorge. The beautiful gorge begins at kilometer 12. Maybe the best known. Here the path meanders over roots and bridges for a good kilometer through a valley. simply to enjoy. It's not really difficult. At the end we come to the Laufenmühle and the viaduct of the same name. Here the path makes a loop over the blade mill. From there the way back leads along the country road. The Laufenmühle is a social institution. And they have to make the way beautiful. The last kilometer takes us 100 meters up to the car park. Our round ends here.
Conclusion: a wonderful tour with many highlights:
      Highlights: Welzheim, Mühlen, Edenbachschlucht.

      Directions:
The fourth LT hike takes us away from the Taubertal over fields and villages. We start at the TSV sports area and walk out of town on a paved path. Next, a path brings us to a height of 370 meters above sea level. That would also be the hardest ascent and the highest point of the path. Now we hike along fields and through the hospital forest. The path undulates between 360-380 meters. Now and then we can look out of the forest. At km 4.7 we come across hiking trail 15 and accompany us for a while on a bike path. You also have to be careful to overcome a country road, but you have a beautiful hilly landscape in front of you. Just past the military training area, we turn right. Now the descent to Dainbach, the only district of MGH in Baden, begins. Shortly before that, I took a break exactly halfway with a nice look. On the Hardweg at the OA, the LT 15 leaves us and we walk across the Lindenplatz and a residential area, out of the village. The ascent is not that stupid but the way is open to traffic. We walk over the ridge and have beautiful views of the Umpfahrtal. Next we hike into the valley and meet the country road from earlier. If we are silent, we pass through a district of Boxberg on its outer border. Shortly afterwards we come to the Ursbach valley and the FCU area. But FC would also have an away game today, just marginally. The Ursbach valley is beautiful, we walk slightly upwards through a beautiful valley landscape. One kilometer before Bobstadt you can examine wooden sculptures. Then the departure to Bobstadt begins where our car is. Bus doesn't run here on weekends.
      Highlights: Nice villages, beautiful landscape
Conclusion: a nice medium hike. That motivates me to do all LT.

Did you know that our blood travels 14 kilometers per minute. It took me two hours in this wonderful hiking weather. I enjoyed this. If you want to travel in an environmentally friendly way like me, I recommend taking the train to Hochhausen (1KM approach). We started at the Werbach market. We walk along the main street to the large church, where we turn left into Friedhofstrasse. After 1.2 kilometers we come out of Werbach through a residential area. Now we see the Taubertal but turn left towards Böttingheim. We spend the next 4 kilometers on the slope on dirt roads that are easy to walk. About halfway we cross the Bavarian border. After almost 5 kilometers we arrive in Böttigheim. We don't walk into the village itself, but rather a short, crisp ascent to the top. On the ridge we have a view of the Spessart and I counted 30 wind turbines. Now the long descent to Wenkheim begins. When we're back in the Werbachtal, we'll have half of it. Time for a break. After the break we walk on a bike path in the valley, here we enjoy the beautiful green landscape. We can already see Werbachhausen and reach it after 9.9 kilometers. Here I let the bike path guide me too much. But it was just a little swerve. We continue on the bike path into the forest. Here we turn left on a nature park that brings us to the Liebfrauenkirche, my highlight of this section. From the church it is only one kilometer to Werbach. Our path ends there or we walk over to the train station.
Highlight: Nice villages, beautiful landscape and Church of Our Lady
Conclusion: Until now, my favorite LT's could have gone on forever.

The Bf of the 7,000 Selenium city is not only the destination of the Neckarsteig. But also the start of our tour I found it on the website. We start towards the north, above the Neckar (bike path). On the slope we have beautiful views of the Neckar and Offenau. This continues on the asphalt paths to the outdoor pool, which we reach after about two kilometers. From here we turn to the area of the city of Bad Rappenau. So I have all three spa towns in the Heilbronn district. After 2.5 kilometers we finally leave the Neckar and walk into the forest. A natural path leads to Heimsheim on the slope. The district has 1700 inhabitants and is the only one on the Neckar. We pass through the town on Nachtigallstrasse to the mountain church. The Neckarstrasse brings us and the Neckar-rand-Weg to the top. The Rand-Weg is the easier alternative to the Neckarsteig. It goes over the fields past old vineyards. At km 6.7 we dive into the forest. I haven't visited Guttenberg Castle, I'll save that for the climb. We separate from the climb and walk down the Eselsteige into the 5-Mühlental. First on a street with little traffic and then it gets really nice. The Mühlbach meanders through the forest for three kilometers, rich in forests. The summer and the Siegelsbacher Mühle invite you to take a break. Anyone who wants can feed goats. I took a break at Mühlbachsee. We walk past the golf course and after 13 kilometers we come to Zimmerhof, which only grew up in the 90s. After we walk a piece of the other road we come to Hohrnstadt. This can be shortened with the S42. But you see it like me and keep walking to the Fleckinger mill because the tour makes a bend here. The Wimpfener Kurpark is only a kilometer away and from there it is not far to the beautiful old town where I treated myself to an ice cream. Hence the long break at the end.
      Higlights: Bad Wimpfen, Guttenberg, Mühlental.
Conclusion: There was really something going on today. It's a good thing. This hike has all sights mountains views.

With today's sunny weather, I just have to go out and hike. I decided on 19. It used to be number 20 because I could still see old signs. I parked on the FV site. at the first intersection it went right out of the village. On the hilly ascent I already saw the orchards. I don't know what orchards are because I don't know my way around. Regardless, in the sun you walk across the building land in the direction of Hohenstadt. After you have come down the hill again and crossed the railway line, you will arrive at this place, which is neither high nor city. But I still found the village nice. But continue down the hills to the Erftal, which you will reach after 4 kilometers. After we crossed the country road, a dirt road led us to Neidelsbach. The village has no bus stop but an inn. Here we also have half. You already know what's coming next, but we'll be rewarded with a view. Before we walk down to Eubigheim and come out of the train station. In the center of the village we have the only possibility to take a break, so we use it. The avenue takes us out of the village and we walk over fields again to the highest point. From there it goes slightly downhill to Berolzheim, where our tour ends.
Highlights: Nice villages, beautiful hill landscape
Conclusion: I'm not a fan of Grünkernküchle that is always there in the canteen, but I'm a fan of the tour.

The round tour starts in the center of Wittighausen. We walk into Königstrasse, out of town. Before the train line we turn left and walk along the tracks. We pass under the railroad and are now on the wrong track. We walk into the forest on an asphalt road and slowly gain altitude. There are a few graphs on the right. After two kilometers we step out of the forest and the wind blows around our ears. Now you go over the fields towards Vilchbad. Before that we have beautiful views of the height. The cemetery chapel is the first thing you see from Vilchband. When we arrive, we walk through the village on the cemetery and main road. Then you go over fields and a piece of forest back into the Wittig Valley. After the forest we have a beautiful view of the valley. The loop at the Langenmühle was too much for me in this weather. So we walk past the school and back to the center of the village.
      Highlights: Many interesting chapels.
Conclusion: I am slowly starting to like the LT paths. It's a shame that they are so empty. The potential is there.

My first 15 km tour for the me in the unknown Eastern Swabian Forest. Gschwend is a municipality that belongs to the Ostalb district. We walk south from the parking lot and come straight to the first lake. The small Hagbachsee lies idyllically in front of us. We continue to follow the Hagbach in the valley. A short climb brings us after a good KM to Menzles, a small village. We quickly disappeared back into the valley and after another KM we come across the mill of the same name. We continue to walk south and come to Hundsberger Sägmühle, here the path is built on boards. After 4 km we walk to the Heinlesmühle. The only water and sawmill. We hike further and further behind the Rot, immediately seeing the Hüttenbühl reservoir and the village of the same name. There are two lakes and a campsite in Hüttenbühl. Now we turn NW direction. The dark red accompanies us (is more beautiful than dark). Schadberg and Strohhof come in handy with a clearing. Now comes the part where you have to walk along a street. But it is hardly used. We walk over a mountain road to Ebergsberg and cross the village mill in front of it. Now we walk to our parking lot in the undulating mountains. If you like, you can visit the Hagberg, the highest mountain in the forest.
      Highlights:
      Mills, beautiful landscapes.
      Conclusion:
A nice hike. In the end there might be too much traffic. Today was a lot going on, all age groups, that's how it should be.
