In principle a nice tour, unfortunately the first half is very busy without many highlights. A number of viewpoints have also grown over by now, but in the second half the path ignites a highlight fireworks display with all the rocks and views.

Since we enjoyed yesterday's mountain ridge hike so much, we went on a ridge hike again today and hiked the Spirkelbacher Höllenberg tour. The tour wasn't as bad as the name might suggest, at least we didn't go through hell while hiking this premium hiking trail. Quite the opposite: the tour was varied and beautiful.

Today we had to wait until 2pm to start this tour but it was really worth it!
Beautiful mountain paths, a long path over the ridge of the Höllenberg.
Finally it wasn't windy and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful hikes of this year's holiday in the Palatinate.
