It would be a nice tour if there were decent bike paths. Almost the entire route is along the road, and there are no shoulders! ☹️

We come here every time to buy cheese! (As always, Bärbel buys something made of leather, this time a wallet 🤷🏽‍♂️😉). Here, along with many other stalls, you'll find the best cheese stall in Italy, where you can buy the most wonderful cheeses even if you only know a little Italian and luckily have a Google translator!

Stresa is definitely worth seeing, both for the place itself and for the view of the lake and the Boromean Islands.
On the way there we chose a path above the SS33, on the way back we stayed on the main road.. it worked because there wasn't too much going on..
