On our way to Provence, we stopped in Roussillon. The world-famous ochre cliffs of Roussillon have lost none of their charm, even 30 years after my first visit as a geology student. However, they are now marketed more cleverly. Parking costs money, and the short hiking trail costs extra.

Our next stop is Roussillon. Here, too, there's a beautiful path through the ochre-colored cliffs, some of which are beautifully shaded by the forest. The small town is also well worth a visit.
