Beautiful, varied tour, great railway line cycle path and well-developed cycle paths. A lot has been done for us here, definitely give it a try!☝️🤓

This route leads from the Lahntal to the 605m high node via the Ulmtalradweg. The gradients are steady but moderate. Up to Beilstein, the route runs on the former railway line. Behind Beilstein mostly asphalted paths are used. Only in the area of the summit are the paths gravel or completely natural for very short sections.

Today's bike ride falls under the category of "enjoyable cycling." The start and finish were at the parking lot at the Arborn Cemetery.

The access to the Ulm Valley Cycle Path initially climbed steeply, past the charming holiday homes near Arborn. From kilometer 3, you could more or less let your bike roll until 15 km before the end.

My wife was hit in Odersberg, or rather the rear wheel of her bicycle. Spax 4x40, I would say, no breakdown spray helped. So the GAADI hose (two-end hose) out and changed in a few minutes, let's go on.

from Odersberg on the Kallenbach cycle path to the Lahn, a piece on the Lahntal cycle path and then the railway cycle path in the Ulmtal back up into the Westerwald.

Very nice tour, with many wonderful views. Shortly before Nenderoth as far as Odersberg the tour becomes very steep and it is advisable to get off and push the bike for a while. After that, the majority of the way is downhill and you can tell that the initial ascent was worth it.
