Nice climb to the Upper Town, an alternative to the funicular or a longer but less steep ride. The view is fantastic when you get to the top.

Yürüyüş

The "Salita della Scaletta" is probably the best known of all. Relatively short, but demanding, it connects the center of Lower Bergamo, at the Funicular, with Via Sant'Alessandro.

The Scaletta ends at the Propylaea, where once there was the duty post, where Via Tre Armi, Via Sant'Alessandro and the Porta San Giacomo viaduct converge.
