Easily accessible hut (about five and a half kilometers from the Schlinig car park, a little more than an hour's walk). No technical difficulties. The hut is often very busy, but you can always find a spot in the sun. From the hut there are several hiking options:
- to the Uina Gorge (Switzerland)
- via the Watles to the Plantapatsch hut and descent to Schlinig
- via the Sesvenna Lake to the Föllakopf (2,878 meters) or to the Furkelsee

No matter which direction you come from. The Sesvenna Hut is a relief from hunger and thirst and for strained muscles. ;)

The hut is also very popular with locals. Hikers and, above all, numerous Transalp mountain bikers spend the night here every day. Except when the weather is really bad, the Sesvennahütte is always well attended. The hut hosts and their team manage the crowds perfectly and no one has to judge for long.

You should definitely make a reservation if you want to stay overnight. You can find more information here: sesvenna.net.

Yürüyüş

Idyllically located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Pforzheim, the Sesvennahütte invites you to stop by. We took a lunch break here and enjoyed the delicious fried potatoes with fried eggs and meatloaf/liver cheese. Highly recommended!
