Inside are marble plaques with the names of sailors from Dieppe who disappeared at sea. Until 1945, a solemn procession took place here every year on 15 August. The military signal tower, right next to the chapel, watches over the seagoing ships day and night with the aid of binoculars, radio and radar equipment. Walk to the crucifix or past the semaphore to enjoy the view of the city and harbor.
