A very beautiful historic building in Pforzheim. It was donated to the city of Pforzheim by Emma Jaeger. It used to be a bath, today it is a creative center.

Anyone interested in design and creative processes will always find something exciting in the EMMA program. For example, the bimonthly creative after work. Or the annual district festival Alfons and EMMA. Or the exhibition of semester theses of the Study Program Accessories, as part of the retrospective. In winter, the design market "Schöne Gescherung" is always here on the first weekend of Advent, on Saturdays and Sundays.
On 29.06. Incidentally, here is the summer party on the roof terrace in 2019. All events are open to the public. So stop by.

The Emma Jaeger Bath, designed by city architect Alfred Roepert, was built as a donation from Emma Jaeger, the wife of a merchant. It was the first indoor swimming pool in Pforzheim. The richly articulated building, with its bay windows, gables, and steep roofs, is in the Neo-Renaissance style. The towering structure served as a reservoir for the water supply.
