It starts with a relatively fine gravel road with a moderate slope.
Just before the gravel begins to annoy, it starts with the old paved road construction.
Only the then has a merciless slope there is not a meter to take out.
For the downhill I find disc brakes essential left it goes directly into the abyss and slippery is the road too.
So it is actually always on the brakes, one or the other hiker is indeed still on the way.

Not recommended with road bike, because as described the last piece of descent takes place on gravel and is more suitable for MTB. The same applies to the increase, even with MTB translation you have to fight, but it is quite auffi :) Was the only cyclist on top of Kehlsteinhaus with my "light" CCler.

Have nachgefahren the tour to your recommendation, just great and with the road bike a real test for the will!
Beware of the descent, especially in the lower area with gravel !!!
