Even though Spitzli sounds very cute, the little Spitz is actually pointed (steep). But the path there is very beautiful and so is the view up there.

When descending towards Alp Spitzli, there are two paths from Alp Spitzli. One goes off to the right. The one that goes straight on comes through the rock passage. This descent is slightly challenging and not without danger when the ground is wet. Hiking poles are recommended.

Ascent via Alp Spitzli: after the rock passage is the short key section. Sure-footedness is required, but there is a safety rope. Afterwards you are rewarded with a beautiful view.
At Oberguggeien it was not easy to see the path across the alpine meadows. It is best to really follow the signpost.
