The manor house that has survived to this day was built in 1850 for the next owner, Sofia Tehonovetskaya. At the end of the 19th century, the estate was sold to Princess Maria Nikolaevna Obolenskaya, who became the last owner of the palace and park. In 1925, Obolenskaya sold the estate to the state and emigrated to France. Both during the first independence and during the Soviet period, the premises of a secondary school were located in the estate building.
