Yürüyüş
The ruined house is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by green hills and rocky cliffs.
The hike to the House of George the Sky is a moderate hike suitable for all hikers. The setting is simply stunning, overlooking the sea and surrounding valleys.
The house also has a fascinating history. It was built by George Boole, a mathematician and philosopher who lived in Cork in the 19th century. Boole was one of the most important thinkers of his time and his work had a major impact on the development of modern computer science.

Surrounded by green hills, rocky cliffs and sea views, the House of George the Sky is so called due to it's location so close to the sky. Take a moment to pause at George's old home and contemplate how close its inhabitants would have been to nature. A tough life up here, but one connected to life around you.
