Actually very quiet and idyllic. You have to be a bit careful when crossing the creek and it is best to descend as recommended. However, everything there is pasted over with confused doodles and slogans. Looks uninviting and creepy.

Quaintly sloping Schwarzwaldgasthaus in the Albtal between Bad Herrenalb and Loffenau. The operator is a local unique, who has a lot to talk about and should not miss. The inn is in a great location in the middle of nowhere, so if you are hungry the mountain torments. The food is simple but delicious. The prices are very fair. For example, a coke costs just 2 euros.
